in my second presentation titled 'a few of my favourite things' or 'intervening with meaning' we discussed a range of issues regarding strange behaviours and alternative options
a good way for me to illustrate these notions was through 'the other APT' an exhibition that I have curated in response to the APT (Asia Pacific Triennial),
and other projects - like that featured in the image above - Coco Fuscos' 'Couple in a Cage' - staged in the very public space of an airport
and for the associated practical task for the 'intervening with meaning' workshop I asked if the group would like to design/implement the site/event/stage for our dinner party that night, which Tom Rivard had graciously intitiated and offered up the food art for
this was much more interactive than undertaking my initial idea of redesigning the 'splendour in the grass' site to better suit our tastes or ideas of user friendly
